Before you start
Before you get started, please have the required evidence for your application ready. For more detail on what evidence is required, please use the CEPNZ Membership Application Guide.
Your application is not complete until your required documents are sent to join@cepnz.org.nz, and the application form is submitted. Your documents must be supplied in English.
Applications are assessed in order of arrival and are reviewed at the monthly CEPNZ Board meeting. Depending on your membership type, additional requirements may need to be met prior to final approval of your membership.
Fees
Application fees apply to Professional, Associate, and Affiliate Membership applications. If additional information is requested during an assessment, a reassessment fee may be due. To reduce the time to process your application, please ensure that all required information is provided upon application.
Fees are due:

When you submit your application: You will be invoiced to pay the Application Fee ($50). This fee covers the administrative costs of assessing eligibility for the membership category and pathway.

Prior to Competency Assessment: Applicants for Professional membership will be invoiced to pay the Competency Assessment fee (varies depending on Pathway) to cover the costs of hosting and marking your assessment.

Upon approval of your membership: Your annual membership fee (varies depending on membership type) will be invoiced from the date of your membership approval. Your annual fee will then be charged on this annual renewal date. You will not be considered an active member until this fee is paid.
